KSP Merdeka Curriculum

PAUD Terpadu Modern Ngawi implements the School Curriculum (KSP) with Merdeka Curriculum implementation. This curriculum is specially designed to optimize each young child’s unique potential and developmental stages holistically and integratively.

Merdeka Curriculum

Giving children the freedom to actively explore through meaningful play activities.
Recognizing that every child has unique potential and different developmental paces.
Emphasizing the development of faithful, noble, and independent character.

Deep Learning Strategy

Open-Ended Questions: encouraging children to explore concepts through open questions and independent problem-solving.
Real-World Relevance: connecting materials to real-world experiences so children understand the meaning of each activity.
Evaluative Dialogue: building interactive dialogue between educators and children to evaluate understanding and strengthen long-term memory.

Scientific Approach (5M)

Observing: paying attention to phenomena or objects around them.
Questioning: asking curiosity-driven questions.
Experimenting: conducting experiments or hands-on practice.
Reasoning: associating data and drawing simple conclusions.

At PAUD Terpadu Modern, teachers actively act as facilitators of child growth through 3 key steps:

Providing Scaffolding Support: giving targeted help and encouragement when children struggle so they can reach a higher level of understanding.
