Payment Scheme

Entrance Fee Payment (School Fees)

School Fees can be paid in 3 stages:

  • Stage 125%at the initial registration process.
  • Stage 225%no later than February 2027.
  • Stage 350%no later than June 2027.

Monthly Tuition Payment (SPP)

Tuition Fee / SPP must be paid no later than the 5th of every month.

Registration Documents

Registration is done directly by bringing:

  • The prospective student attends for observation/screening.
  • 2 (two) sheets of 10,000 rupiah stamp duty.
  • 1 photocopy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
  • 1 photocopy of the Family Card (KK).
  • 1 photocopy of the parent’s / guardian’s ID card (KTP).

Important Notes

  • School Fees do not include SPP for July 2027.
  • All paid fees are non-refundable.

Daycare Supplies & Regulations

Additional Supplies from Home

Parents of Daycare students (Baby Care & Child Care) are required to bring the following personal items from home:

  • Sleepwear (long-sleeve top and long pants set for boys/girls) every day.
  • 1 change of clothes every day.
  • A small towel every day (must be labeled with the child’s name).
  • Enough diapers (for children who still wet).
  • Bathing supplies (liquid soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, plastic cup, shampoo, flip-flops, baby powder, telon oil - all items labeled with the child’s name).
  • A bath towel (changed every day).
  • Healthy snacks, lunch box, and drinking water.
  • Honey / children’s vitamins (if needed).
  • A plastic bag for dirty clothes.

Daycare Student Regulations (TPA)

  1. Students are brought to school having already bathed and eaten breakfast.
  2. Sick students are not allowed to attend school for everyone’s health and safety.
  3. Parents’ phone/WhatsApp numbers must be active and available to be contacted at any time by the school for emergency situations.
  4. Data/reports/recommendations from a pediatric growth specialist or child psychologist are required for children with special needs.
  5. If a registered student is inactive for 3 consecutive months without notice, the student is considered withdrawn. If the student returns, they must re-register as a new student.
  6. Late pickup beyond operating hours incurs a late fee of Rp 15,000 per 30 minutes.
